W A Mozart

Venite populi K260

You can freely and lawfully download a printable score for this Work from CPDL - the Choral Public Domain Library - though it may not be exactly the same as the one used to make the Midi Files below, and it probably won't be as good as a proper paid-for engraved and printed score.

There is an excellent performance of this Work by the Arnold Schoenberg Chor; Concentus Musicus, conducted by Nikolaus Harnoncourt, on YouTube starting here.

Here is a "clickable" Table of the available Midi Files for this Work. In these Files the SATB-SATB Chorus Voices are sounded by piccolo, clarinet, French horn and bassoon - whistle, flute, trombone and tuba. My thanks to Diana Thompson, whose MXL File I borrowed.

These Midis can be played either using a conventional Midi Player, such as Chris Hills's MidiPlay or the Windows Media Player, or using the rather different Choral Music Tutor, which is a web app that plays MIDI files. Choral Music Tutor runs on any device - any Desktop PC (Windows or Mac), Tablet (Android or iPad) or Smartphone (Android or iPhone) - that can browse the internet. It is not an app that you have to download or install. There is more information about playing MIDI Files here.

The preparation of these Files was commissioned by Choeur d'Oratorio de Paris.
